Re. Worst Features 40/50 P.II. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}8/M6.2.31.

It will be [strikethrough]seen[/strikethrough] by the above memo that the complaint of boiling is considered the 4th. on the list.

It is very difficult for us at the present time of the year to carry out tests on radiators. We are therefore making arrangements with Messrs. Boulton & Paull for them to carry out tests for us in their wind tunnel. We will set out the conditions so that they approximate as as close as possible to the road conditions. As long as we manufacture radiators we must expect to carry out accurate wind tunnel tests in order to give us comparative value for different matrices.

We will let Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} know the approximate cost B. & P. will charge for carrying out the tests as soon as we have fixed up the final arrangements.
