Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd. 7/9/17 Being anxious that you should test these oils, we are sending you free of charge a 5 Gn. drum of each. May we make the request that when you are making your tests you place them under the supervision of a man who will give them individual and careful attention? The quality of the two grades of oil is the same and they may be mixed in any proportion to obtain a desired consistency. For your 250 H.P. Engine we think that our Heavy Aeroplane Oil C.N. without admixture is about the correct weight. Should you so desire it, we could make this grade heavier without impairing its quality. We shall esteem the result of your trials, as also any suggestions you may have to make. In conclusion, may we say that our technical knowledge and laboratory are always at your disposal. Yours faithfully, W. B. DICK & COMPANY, LIMITED, Chas. Ino. Dick DIRECTOR. 1 enclos. | ||
