We have forwarded on to you to-day, the broken Exhaust Valve, taken out of N° 5 Cylinder of A Block.

Upon examining the remaining valves, we con-cluded that all are drilled, apparently a mistake was made as they were supposed to be solid.

We found upon oil testing the Crankshaft, that N° 2 jurnal was pouring oil out. We dismantled the bottom cap and found the white metal was all broken up. This is the chief cause of the drop in oil pressure we have been experiencing.
