RE PETROL FILTERS - 40/50 CHASSIS. X.2468

We find that a large percentage of cars which come in for repairs have the gauze petrol filter broken - the gauze having rotted. Our Repair Dept: in Paris have also pointed out this trouble.

It appears as though these gauze filters should be replaced on all cars every two years. We think also we might consider fitting a petrol filter which is more accessible than the present one.
