Dear Robotham,

Thank you for your letter of the 20th. The 4¼ is now sold although I had a letter from Mr. Howlett of Wellworthys about it. I wrote to him and put him on to two other good ones I know of although I do not think that the owners are very keen sellers.

I get the new B.M.W. to-day and during the Summer I will find an opportunity to come up and let you see it and perhaps they can put me up at Duffield Bank. I will write S.G. about this.
