re LUCAS P.100 HEADLAMPS FOR PHANTOM.

With reference to CWB's report in regard to the above type of headlamp fitted to chassis 29-CL, in which he suggests that a fork mounting would be more satisfactory for such large and heavy lamps, to which we have replied to the effect that we do not think WW. would agree to this, he also points out that it is almost impossible to accurately set the lamps in the present fitting, especially when combined with the Barkers dipping arrangement.

We should be glad to know if you consider any alteration is necessary to the mounting of the lamp as at present arranged, so far as adjustment is concerned.
