Standardisation issued 2.11.33.
completed 24.11.33.

First experimental isolated change speed fitted to 3-B-IV
6.11.34.

Hdy{William Hardy}'s scheme to Ex. details fitted to streamlined car
8.1.35.

Modified version fitted to 5-B-IV. 11.3.35.

Instructed to Works by Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} 1.5.35.

Final scheme for 20/25 received 27.5.35.

To follow 21-G-IV to France.
