1. THE SELLERS GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCTS FOR ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT AND WILL REPLACE FREE OF CHARGE ANY PARTS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP PROVIDING THE PURCHASERS RETURN THE SAID PARTS, CARRIAGE PAID TO THE SELLERS, FOR EXAMINATION WITHIN THE PERIOD OF GUARANTEE.
2. SHOULD STRIKES, COMBINATIONS OF WORKMEN, LOCKOUTS, EXIGENCIES OF WAR, OR ACCIDENTS CAUSE THE STOPPAGE OF THE WORKS OR INTERFERE WITH THE MEANS OF TRANSIT, THE SUPPLIES NOW CONTRACTED FOR MAY BE WHOLLY OR PARTIALLY SUSPENDED BY THE SELLERS DURING THEIR CONTINUANCE. THE BUYERS TO HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND DELIVERIES SHOULD SIMILAR DIFFICULTIES CAUSE THE STOPPAGE OF THEIR WORKS
3. BUYERS TO CALL FOR DELIVERY WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME, AND TO TAKE EACH DELIVERY AS IT BECOMES DUE
