it is more likely to be on the basis of the complaint that the chassis touches the buffers too often.

With reference to tyre pressures, I have been discussing this matter with the Dunlop Company during the last month or so, with the object of getting them to modify the figures quoted in their pamphlet which we bind into our book, but we note that you are very anxious indeed to go to the use of the semi-balloon tyre with consequently lower pressures still.

In connection with the well-base rim and semi-balloon tyre, we are taking this matter up with the Dunlop Company to find out what is the earliest point at which they could change over, if they get instructions immediately, from straight side type of wheel to the well-base type, and we are doing our best to keep stocks as low as possible.
