Query regarding the approval of dimmer switches as a temporary solution for headlamp glare.

Headlamps Glare At a recent Sales Conference it was decided :- "Sp.{Mr Spinney} will obtain reports of W. tests on the lamp dimmer switches in order that the Conference may decide whether these might be adopted until the dipping lights are satisfactory" We appear to have no records of such reports.
