(25) B-16 engine unit will be fitted to 5-B-IV temporarily until we have another unit ready.

20/25 HP.

(1) Leslie should put forward recommendations to get over the shock absorber noise on 22-G-V.{VIENNA}

(2) A report is required from Bowering on the outside petrol filler on the 20/25 & Bentley.

(3) Bowering should follow up the wind tone horns and find out what is required.

(4) Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} should co-operate with Salt in getting a cylinder head with two inlet ports together at the end of the pipe.

(5) Salt - improvement in slow running of the Stromberg on the 20/25.

(6) Salt - high power development generally, and co-operation with Edwards as to the biggest ports which can be got in our cylinder heads.

(7) Steadman should send a flexibly bladed fan to Hancock to compare with the standard on the 20/25.

(8) Ratcliffe to concentrate on vapour lock - points to be tried :-

(a) Packard air silencer.

(b) External petrol pipe line.

(c) Enlarged hole in the float chamber lid.{A. J. Lidsey}

(d) Under-bonnet temperature at which vapour lock occurs.

(9) Ratcliffe to follow up loss of water on Hancock's car in conjunction with Steadman, and definitely determine whether this is due to the radiator valve not seating properly, or to some other cause.
