(10) Swindall to provide a specification for 18-G-IV engine. This should include new timing gears, the latest fully split 20/25 pistons, and M.Smith's modifications to reduce wear on the old type clutch.

(11) It is proposed to replace the engine unit in W.or's car with an up-to-date big bore production 20/25. The present unit - E3M - will then be released for test bed work.
