| To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. 600a Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.2/AP.31.7.37 26.G.Vl.{V. Lewis / Mr Valentine} Radiator - Water Loss. Referring to your Daily Report of the 28th inst. Will you please fit an extension to the radiator overflow pipe with a scoop facing forwards into the air stream (similar to the Bentley overflow pipe) and test to see whether this cures the water loss which you report, which is apparently not due to braking only. We should like the results of this test as soon as you can manage it, in order to settle what further modifications we shall try out here when a car is available.
