The size of the long tube indicates to you the perfection of the physical internal construction of the filtering media.

5. The uniformity of the material is reliable in the highest degree and the method of manufacture has been specially developed with this end in view.

For those companies interested in the treatment of petrol or other oils by chemicals additional properties may be explained, but for the purpose of filtering on motor cars or buses the cup formation of the filter has proved in our experiments over hundred thousands of miles on large cars to be a very effective thing, far more effective than any other method.

The filtration of the air results in a clean mixture in the engine and thus more satisfactory running.

The filters are entirely suited to oil filtration and may be applied with complete success to Diesel oil filtration.

In view of the neatness, cheapness and perfection of this new filter we suggest that you consider its adoption on your cars and waggons or other machinery, and in order to facilitate this we suggest a further discussion at a mutually convenient time.

Yours faithfully,
P.p. GUTHRIE & Co.
W. Hayhurst
