Mr. Robotham,
Rolls Royce Ltd.,
Derby, England.

Dear Mr. Robotham:

CAR LIFE IN U. S.

Attached chart showing average car life in U. S. may interest you.

Since it is based on known production figures, and known registration figures, each car being registered each year, it does not admit of any considerable error.

It is generally conceded that, apart from increased export possibilities (at present amounting to only 10% of output) the American market is settling down to a steady replacement market of about three million cars a year.

Very truly yours,

Maurice Olley
