"BAVOX" COMPRESSORS "BAVOX" TYRE PUMPS PORTABLE PUMP TYPE B. V.{VIENNA} 1 UNIVERSAL MOTOR 110 to 220 Volts Modèle déposé This group consists of a universal electric motor of 1/3 HP coupled direct to a Bavox B V 1 pump and gives a delivery of a .75 cubic feet of free air per minute. The machine is in the form of a cylinder measuring 13 1/4" Long by 7 1/4" in diameter and weighing approximately 38 lbs. The machine will work from any electric light supply from 110 to 220 volts and will blow up tyres to a pressure of 70 lbs per square inch. From tests made in our factory we can say that a 820 x 120 tyre is inflated in 3 1/2 minutes and a 895 x 135 » » 5 minutes to 60 lbs CONDITIONS OF SALE The acceptance of our goods implies complete knowledge and acceptance of our conditions of sale. The circularising of our price lists does not constitute an offer of sale. Orders are subject to acceptance on our part. The prices of our products are based on cash and on our current list of prices, no matter what method of delivery is used and in spite of any note to the contrary on the order, In the alternative goods will be sent against payment, carriage forward, at consignees risk. Carriage and packing to be at the cost of the client. Our price list can be modified by us at any time without prior notice being given. In the event of production difficulties or strikes of any kind, any engagements relating to delivery will be immediately cancelled and the Samga-Bavox Company will not be responsible in any way. Further it in understood as a general rule that delay in deliver with whatever consequences, shall not render the company liable to demands for indemnity or damages. We decline also to take any responsibility for accidents to persons or things resulting from the defective use or mounting of our machines or resulting from any hidden defect. The carriers are responsible in the case of damage, thefts or shortages in transit and we beg our clients to check with care the weight and the number of packages delivered to them and to make all reserves in the case of damage or shortage, on the advice or delivery note with a view to taking any necessary action against the companies concerned. Returns. - Goods returned and accepted will only be credited or taken into account at the time of the monthly statement. We advise clients to label goods most carefully stating their name and address and packing a duplicate label with goods. In default of these precautions we decline to accept any responsibility for loss or confusion of packages. We would like our clients to send us an advice by post of any goods forwarded. Accessories. - As the greater part of the accessories used are not manufactured by us we do not issue any sort of guarantee relating to same. Guarantee. - We have always before us the endeavour to give our clients complete satisfaction and to deliver a flawless article, and all our efforts are continually directed towards improving our products. At the same time however as there are such a variety of circumstances frequently beyond our control, which are capable of reducing their normal life, all our machines are delivered without any guarantee or responsibility on our part respecting any faults whether hidden or not and in respect of any accident to any person or thing imputed to such faults. Our responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement as soon as possible of any part agreed to be of defective manufacture. In all cases parts must be sent to us carriage paid for our examination. Any exception which we may make to the above is to be taken only as showing our desire to help our clients and, must be made by us in writing. and must not in any circumstance be taken as a legal precedent to the prejudice of the preceding clause.
