S/W Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}..from C. [Handwritten]: LES See me XJ80 HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [Typed]: C8/C17.6.32 Re SUBFRAMES. [Typed in red]: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}3/MJ17.6.32 ----- [Stamped]: RECEIVED [Stamped]: 1932 JUN 18 [Typed]: I note your recommendation is that we should leave off the sub-frame, but that you would like one of your men to try, and examine, any cars we have. At the moment the only car we have in our possession is 61-JS{Mr Johnson's Secretary}, and you can try this at any time. The only other car we had was a Continental model, which we sold some little time ago to Mr.Seers of Northampton. We have not had any complaint from him, so that we assume he has had no trouble. We certainly had no trouble all the time we kept the car. C. | ||
