contd :- -2- operation is that the holes should not be too near together so that the air can get between the issuing streams of petrol. The advantages claimed for the annular choke are :- Petrol Feed (1) Enables a small size of choke to be used for maximum power. (2) Improves characteristics of the carburetter when suddenly opening up. (3) Improves mixture distribution. The carburettors in the Vee on Falcon X. are being tested out with annular chokes.
