Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Thnl2/H29.9.24. respecting Chassis 10-AU, 11-AU, and 12-Au, we wish to point out that we have now received in all a total of 26 Front Springs of the new type, out of which 3 pairs have already been allocated for these 3 Chassis. The remainder of the Springs are instructed to be handed to Experimental Dept. and we understand from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG19.9.24, that 2 pairs out of the balance to be handed to Experimental Dept. are also needed for use on Trials Cars. In connection with this matter, we confirm our conversation this morning with RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}, in which he agreed to fix up requirements for Chassis, 10, 11, and 12-AU, as regards Locating Pieces F.71954. We gathered from the P.S. on note EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Thnl2/H29.9.24 that the Spring Clips will be produced by the Works for the 3 Chassis in question., also the necessary Packing Pieces. As regards the Gaiters for these 3 Chassis, we have asked Messrs. Ramsdens Ltd. to forward by passenger train to-day Tuesday, direct to Messrs.
