BENTLEY HEADLAMPS. During a telephone conversation we had with Messrs.Lucas on Monday last they stated that 6 pairs of the new type X166 headlamps were ready for despatch and they wished to know where to send them. As it is understood that these headlamps for the 15 chassis will be fitted at the Works we asked them to send the lamps here. We note however on the first chassis which came from Park Wards that standard headlamps are already fitted. Are you arranging to cancell the supply of standard lamps by the coachbuilders in view of the supply of new lamps coming from Lucas? We assume that Messrs.Lucas received an order for these special lamps direct from Sales. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. | ||
