Re STUDS ON P.III BONNET.

-------

I have been trying to find out where this complaint arose, from Jack Barclay. We do not appear to have anything official from him. Possibly Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} saw him and he mentioned it verbally.

In view of what you say, the point is, is it worth while taking any further notice of it?

If Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} would like me to, however, I should be pleased to write Mr.Barclay and tell him he appears to be mistaken as to the use to which these studs are intended to be put.
