TO BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} c. to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ORIGINAL RE. A.T. SPEEDOMETER ON GOSHAWK. X4308 X4077 The coachbuilding department have already experienced the same trouble with this instrument as they had with all the other instruments through having a very small flange, and the wood screws so near the edge of the hole that they break loose. Whilst we do not like the appearance of the very wide flanges we think something will have to be done to put this matter right. Possibly you will be able to do something to improve this, and will take the matter up with the makers. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} RECEIVED | ||
