TO SY. FROM E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} c.c. to CJ. WGR. c.c. to HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} EFC. ✓ c.c. to WH. ORIGINAL E1/M5.10.22. X 4075 GOSHAWK 11. - WIRING FOR MAGNETO. We send you herewith drawing No. LoC 1634 shewing alterations to the wiring conduits to allow for the carrying of the magneto earthing wire. These alterations should be permanently adopted on Goshawk chassis production, but the magneto wire should not be put in on every chassis. It is required only on those where a magneto is specified by the Sales department. This drawing also shews a modification to the clip which secures the vertical conduits on the front face of the dash. This clip has been redesigned so as to strengthen the section opposite the clamping bolt. This latter modification should be adopted as soon as possible as the clips on the Goshawk at WW. have collapsed. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} [STAMP: RECD OCT 9 1922 8H] | ||
