To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/KW.10.8.35. Large Bore 20/25 HP. Cylinder Head. Some time ago a 20/25 HP. cylinder head was designed which is of the turbulent type with silent tappets. It was turned down because it necessitated a new cylinder block, etc. I do not know whether any points in this design can be incorporated in our large bore 20/25 without delaying it, and should be glad if you would look into this. We should not think of making any alterations to the cylinder head which would delay the engine. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
