Radiator for B.38.

Attached is PD.276 shewing a modified base to the latest B.III. radiator to enable it to be used with the frame having bent front pan.

The position of the radiator matrix relative to the frame is the same as that for Wraith 80 already issued. The rest of the radiator will be that for B.III, including the shell with the exception that the yoke is widened to take the 84 m/m matrix.

We suggest that there is enough information available now for this B.38 radiator to be detailed.

In order to keep interchangeability between Wraith 80 and B.38, we suggest that this bottom radiator tank, yoke piece, and suspension of PD.276 be applied to the Wraith 80 radiator for which it is eminently suitable.

If, however, it is desired to produce one radiator experimentally for Wraith 80 to the original scheme PD.233, in order to save time, there is no objection.
