Childs}3/JH.19.5.39. ELECTRICAL UNITS OFF CAR 8.B.V. In connection with the refitting of the various electrical units removed from 8.B.V. for examination, it will be necessary for the following work to be done. Regulator & cutout Both of these require adjustment. This will be carried out in the Lab. Foot Switch. A standard unit is to be fitted in place of the obsolete one removed. Dimmer Switch. This was damaged in service and is to be replaced by one of a later type. Switch box. The insulating base of this unit was found to be cracked and should be replaced by a new one.
