OUR REFERENCE 17400 F.{Mr Friese} YOUR REFERENCE 1st May. 1930 E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Fowler Clark, Esq., Rolls Royce Ltd., DERBY. Dear Sir, We thank you for your letter of the 30th ult. regarding the R.P.10.F. rectifier. We note that this is to be used at the works where it will be moved from place to place, but will operate from the same supply voltage and frequency. We are attaching blue print of our Drawing E.960 showing the arrangement of the rectifier we generally supply, this being arranged for wall mounting. The approximate weight of the complete apparatus is about ½ cwt., but doubtless if the arrangement was in portable form, this could be reduced slightly. We hope to be favoured with your order, which will receive our best attention. Yours faithfully, THE WESTINGHOUSE BRAKE & BAXBY SIGNAL CO. LTD. DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/DH.{D.
