PHANTOM III.
Customers' Complaints - Main items

With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux}26/KW14.10.36, Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} has asked me to deal with this as I am chiefly interested in these matters.

I think a copy of this memo. and any subsequent memos on customers' complaints should be sent to Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} and Br.{T. E. Bellringer - Repair Manager} as although they are not getting any Phantom III's yet, they shortly will do and I am particularly anxious that Cricklewood should be in a position to deal with Phantom III complaints as early as possible in order to relieve JLE{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} at Lillie Hall, Lillie Hall being really almost overwhelmed.

Will you please arrange accordingly.

C.
