KINSMAN HAND PUMP.

Reverting to your memo ref :- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Lid.{A. J. Lidsey}7/MJ. 22.7.31, Messrs. Kinsmen Limited, have again submitted for test, another Hand Tyre Pump which is sent herewith, and we give you below, copy of their letter concerning this Pump.

We should be glad to have your comments thereon, at your early convenience.

"In our letter of July 20th last, we referred to a tyre pump we had in process of design which would sell at a lower price than the one you tested although embodying the same advantages. Your letter of Aug.10th made it clear that you preferred a foot pump, but we feel, in view of the fact that we can supply this pump at 7s/6d, that you might like to consider this new model. We are therefore forwarding a sample under separate cover."

"As compared with the foot pump you were using at the time of our interview, this Pump offers you the following advantages.

"(a) Lower price.
"(b) Requires much less energy, and its simplicity ensures greater reliability and durability.
"(c) Tyre pressure can be ascertained without removing connector from tyre valve.
"(d) Lighter in weight."

ROY.{Sir Henry Royce}
