Enclosed please find copy of letter written to Captain Pelham-Clinton on the 10th instant - and copy of his reply of the 13th inst. He is, as you are doubtless aware, one of the General Managing Directors of Hoopers.

No doubt you will find these letters self-explanatory.

We shall be glad to have your comments and at the same time, to have information as to the percentage of difference between standard springs for touring cars, - and the percentage of difference between standard springs for closed cars.
