Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} - 4 - Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}2/HL.29.8.40. in the Beaufighter. It was agreed that two or three months were likely to elapse before the machines would actually be ready for trying out. During this time a satisfactory automatic weapon would almost certainly have been developed. A contract has been obtained to build a total of three of these guns. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} pointed out that the cannon gun was gradually coming to the front since a German machine had been shot down, equipped with a 30 mm. weapon. Hm.{Capt. W.
