VALVE SPRING TEMPERATURE.

With reference to Lr{Mr Ellor}/Psn.10/EW.9.5.40. I suggest, that since valve springs are very expensive items and have from time to time been the source of unreliability, it is well worth ascertaining what temperature they do attain in flight.
