SG.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} C. to HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/RM.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} ENGINE WORK AT WW. RECEIVED 1930 NOV 13 We are at present concentrating on - (1) Getting the present aero engines right. (2) Production of the new P. V.{VIENNA} engine. (3) Redesigning of the 25HP. to make the latest 'China' into 'Japan'. Compression ignition work is standing over for the moment but Derby has some work to go on with. We do not think it will be advisable or profitable to purchase the Maybach car, for reasons already given, and as our policy is so far settled we do not require this car to help us to settle it.
