With regard to semi-balloon and full balloon tyres, can you please tell us whether the circumference of the wheel is altered by either of these? If so, to what extent, and how far it will affect the running of the car. For instance, would it make the same difference as the difference between a 14 and 15 tooth back axle? B.J. | ||
