We have received from you telegram dated 30th. as follows :-

Hives fifteen EX. find papers ready Boulogne Wednesday. GB. plates essential awaiting photos, date, place, Hives birth.

The car will cross over on Wednesday on the afternoon boat from Folkestone. 4 P.M.

I have arranged temporarily to obtain through the R.A.C. in London an International Driving licence which will enable me to drive this car in France. At the same time however I would much prefer to get a French licence if it is at all possible. I am therefore sending you tomorrow two photographs. I shall call at Paris with the car, arriving Thursday evening.
