CONE CLUTCH. X4388

Will you kindly arrange to supply Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}, with a Clutch Cone which has not been drilled for the fixing holes retaining the cone, as the Scandinavia Belting Co., wish to fit a "Halo" Jointless Non-metallic Clutch Ring to one of our standard cones.

It should be noted that the surface of the Clutch Cone should be left rough, or better still not machined at all on the cone.

We are not at all certain that the material will satisfy us, as it appears to be too dense and will be short of elasticity, but in any case there is no reason why we should not supply a cone and obtain the experience resulting.
