REC'D We have received the lamps mentioned in your memo EFC3/T23/11/20, but we wanted a smaller size, those sent are 2 amp. A dozen of .5 amp and 1 amp also 1/2 watt would be useful. They should give 12 c.p., and 24 c.p. respectively. Osram have been very good, but Ediswan may be equally good, I hope so. Later we expect to want smaller c.p. 1/2 watt 24 volt lamps gas filled. Could Ediswan supply these, if so, a few samples would oblige of the three candle powers mentioned, brass collar for bayonet holders. Kindly also send sample holder they use as standard for this voltage, which is train lighting voltage. The 12 volt 2 amp 48 c.p. received appear nice lamps but we have not used them long enough to know if they are going to last. The smaller Ediswan have given good service. We do not require the 24 volt one to be focussing, and should prefer them with spread filaments, and perhaps for full size holders, as we find the little bayonet holder some-what unreliable.
