The plain section in the top of the drawing is to enable the principle of the clutch to be better followed in the perspective section. Special attention is drawn to the flexible coupling at each end of the clutchshaft, the front ball joint being absolutely under the centre of the clutch plate, so that practically perfect flexibility is secured.
