20/25 HP. Carburetters.

With regard to complaints of poor petrol consumption on the above carburetters, we would refer you to our memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}2/KW.8.8.35, copy of which is attached.

The manufacturing limits on our original carburetters were too elastic to guarantee any form of consistency, and any carburetters made prior to 8.8.35, should in cases of complaint be returned to the Works for complete modification and fitment of an X.C.3 needle.

Will you please issue the necessary instructions to all concerned.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/G.H.Whyman.

Att: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wym.{G. Harold Whyman - Experimental Manager}2/KW.8.8.35.
