With reference to the above and Mr. McKinnon's visit of the 25th inst.

Will Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} kindly issue the necessary labels for releasing to the stores the one battery ex. Madrid Depot which Mr. McKinnon agreed should be re-conditioned free-of-charge. For reference this battery should be marked ex. Chassis 23-..

Mr. McKinnon also examined 2 Test Dept. 2 volt Cells, 1 of which it was agreed there should be no charge for repairs and the other we agreed that we were responsible and should pay for the repairs entailed. This charge should be debited against Order No. 704.

Will Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} also issue the necessary labels for despatching the above two cells to the maker's.
