Draper - Frames} re safe Storage of Chassis Drawings. We have weighed up the whole problem of the safe storage of prints of chassis schemes, details, L.O.P.'s and specifications and propose to proceed as follows. Chassis Details L.O.P.'s and Index sheets. For Oy. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. is preparing a parcel of the above for despatch, which will complete the records of this section, covering Bentley V, Corniche, and the Rationalised Range as far as it is determined. For Ashby. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. is engaged in filing all Exptl. Dept. prints received from RH.{R. Hollingworth} and anticipates a fair percentage of duplicates in this, the detail drawing section. He will withdraw all duplicates and order such necessary new prints, to complete a set of details, L.O.P.'s and index sheets as sent to Oy. for Ashby to leave as soon as possible. Chassis Scheme Drawings. Oy. The records of schemes for Oy. are complete. Ashby. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. will file all scheme drawings, received from RH.{R. Hollingworth} Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} and JD.{J. Draper - Frames} will take immediate steps to ensure that at Clan Exptl. and Park Leys there shall be a complete set of useful PL's. and PD's. and CD's. This work is almost complete. We confirm your agreement to the proposal that no set of schemes be sent immediately to Ashby, as two sets of prints, each one in a separate and relatively safe locality are in existance, but that should any emergency arise Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} and Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH will take immediate steps to see that one set goes to Ashby.
