Cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} Specifications. Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} is producing specifications of all outstanding models to enable them to be filed with Oy. and Ashby, specifications of Bentley V, Corniche, and All models in the Rationalised range to PL.139. In the case of Bentley V and Corniche the specifications will be for the production model. A production and development specification will be provided for Ripplet, but all other models will be left in the Development stage. For the latter, since to produce L.O.P.'s. would entail the entire completion of all the designs and details, we shall file with the specifications 'issue memos'. for all schemes applicable which have been detailed up to date. Keeping Records up-to-date. (1) At reasonable intervals batches of new schemes, details L.O.P.'s and index sheets will be handed to Mtn. for filing at Oy. and Ashby. RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. on receipt of a scheme should supply immediately the following prints - One for Park Leys. One for Clan Exptl. One for Oy. and none for Ashby. When issuing details, L.O.P.'s, Index sheets RM{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. will supply the following prints :- One for Clan Exptl. One for Oy. One for Ashby. Originals. It appears to be desirous that all originals of schemes except when in immediate adual use should be housed at the Strong Room at Derby. All originals of details should be kept at Blounts Mill. It is necessary we feel that we should conform with the Company's regulations particularly owing to the present special risks. | ||
