PETROFLEX PIPES.

We are at present purchasing the Petroflex Pipes used on chassis from The Power Flexible Tubing Co., of London, and are paying from 7/- to 9/- each.

We have recently supplied to you samples of All Metal Flex. made by The Gabriel Manufacturing Co., Edgware, Middx., and by Messrs. Benton & Stone, of Birmingham, and these firms are offering to supply pipes to our blueprints FB.724 and E.81470 at the following prices, which show a considerable saving on those we are at present paying the Power Flexible Tubing Co.

Gabriel Manufacturing Co's price:- 4/7d each.
Benton & Stone's price:- 3/7d each.

Please say if you consider we should purchase our future requirements from either of these two latter sources, or do you propose to wait until you have carried out the 10,000 mile test with the samples already in your possession?
