To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1204 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AA.{D. Abbot-Anderson}2/B.2.4.40. As you know, a certain number of Inspector Engineers are still carrying on. I rather gather that their job will come to an end in due course. It struck me, however, that their drivers might be useful; they have obviously had a great deal of experience in calling on owners in the past and they could do so now and carry out schedule service jobs for which charges are made. This would be a step towards educating present owners in the way of the idea that they will have to pay for maintenance in the future. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/AA.{D. Abbot-Anderson} | ||
