Type H.90 (Drawing No.B.424) Type H.90/1 (Drawing No.B.390/1) This type incorporates a Cable Nut as an integral part of the Elbow and includes the supply of 1 Rubber Washer (Drawing No.B.371) for use at the union end of the elbow.) HIGH TENSION CABLE CONNECTION PARTS. Connection between the high tension cable and all "R" type Integrally Screened plugs is attained by a terminal fitting at the end of the plug lead, comprising eight parts:- Ceramic Insulator Drawing No. B.375 Fibro Washer " " B.374 Outer Nipple " " B.373 Inner Nipple " " B.372 Rubber Washer " " B.371 Contact Spring " " B.370 Contact Sleeve " " B.369 Contact Cap " " B.368 Integrally Screened plugs will not include a set of High Tension Cable Connection Parts which should, therefore, be ordered separately if required. Orders for small quantities up to, but not including, one hundred will be packed in individual sets in small sealed envelopes with the contents printed on the face of the envelope. Orders for quantities of any single one or more of the eight parts, or for more than one hundred complete sets, will be packed in separate boxes containing individual parts, labelled with the description and drawing number of that part. The complete assembly of a set of these High Tension Cable Connection Parts is shown on Drawing No. B.461. SUMMARY. From the foregoing detailed descriptions it will be appreciated that all orders, reports and communications concerning K.L.G. "R" type Integrally Screened plugs and accessories should now be confined to the four distinct units:- Integrally Screened Plugs Cable Nuts Elbows High Tension Cable Connection Parts. | ||
