| 4. Undershields. Damaged due to accident. - several cracks around louvred section. Undersheets. Condition Good. Spring Suspension. Offside Upper Triangle Levers damaged due to accident. Offside Lower Triangle Levers damaged due to accident. Offside Shaft for Main Lever damaged due to accident. Shock Damper Covers damaged due to accident. Oil Filler for offside broken damaged due to accident. One stud in offside Spring Pot for Main Lever housing broken due to accident. Offside piston and sleeve slightly scored. Lower triangle fulcrum Pins - pivot end - badly indented on track. Front Brakes.(Steel Shoes.) Offside Outer Carrier Plate damaged due to accident. Offside Toggle Shaft seized up in sleeve and rusted due to lack of lubrication. This is important for customers adjustment - been reported to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Two rivets sheared completely out of Ferodo on one offside shoe. Signs of all rivets shearing. Wear on Ferodo heaviest on tip and least at the heel on all shoes. Small indents on needle roller track of toggle shaft and sleeve of Act. Lever. Fulcrum Pins for Brake Shoes G.83027 show signs of rust. Front Hubs. General condition good. Ribs broken on offside drum - due to accident. Front Axle. Upper Housing of Yokes heavily marked where rubbing on Pivot and ball cage. Clearances insufficient. Protection from water necessary. This has been reported to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Upper Pivot Bearing - nearside indented on track by balls and distorted - plunger seized, due to accident. All balls worn and rusty. Pivot Pins - offside damaged on top due to driving pivot pin out - liable to cause oil failure, has been pointed out to Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Steering Levers G.83421 - Offside badly bent due to accident. Offside Yoke - jaw badly distorted and opened out due to accident. Offside Lower Pivot Pin bearing - distorted on diameter and flange. Brake Act. Levers worn on track. Offside Act. Lever broken due to crash. Outer Race for lower triangle fulcrum pin badly indented by needle rollers. | ||
