I attach a copy of a letter from Lord Montagu to
Please let me know whether the steering column on his car is standard, or whether it can be improved with regard to vibration.
We understand that experiments with the autovac are being made immediately. We are not sure whether you had complaints in regard to serious overheating of the autovac from the autovac being found empty.
Please let me know what we should suggest in regard to the ignition lever, and whether this point is made clear in the Instruction Book. Do you consider other customers will be puzzled in the same way?
B.J.
