BENTLEY V & BENTLEY 50.

PETROL PUMPS.
SECTION 8300.

Alteration 1746/D.ss.{S. Smith} is sent to you herewith, adding the following new parts to LOP. DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}1936.

DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2110 - Union - Petrol Pumps.
DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2111 - " " "
DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2112 - Dust Cover - Union.
DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2113 - " " "
DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2114 - " " "

These parts have been made to make the pump suitable for "Olive" Joints, and to provide the necessary plugs to prevent foreign matter from entering the pump before it is fitted to the chassis.

We understand that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/JBD.{John B. Dixon - Fuel Systems} has had the necessary unions made for the pumps that have already been supplied, and the dust covers should be made as required.

One set of HPS{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}'s. detail blueprints are handed herewith to Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/Les.{Ivan A. Leslie} together with one blueprint of the LOP.
