R R.{Sir Henry Royce} 235 A.{Mr Adams}(100 T) (S & F 846 6-8-19) C. 2469. X:1815 ORIGINAL R1/M9.10.22. To EFC: from R.{Sir Henry Royce} X1815 Will you please send to WW. a RR. cutout wound for 24.Volts, that is 12 cells in-stead of 6. It should be mounted on a piece of bakelite or other suitable insulation provided with the usual three terminals. The fine wire resistance would be approximately 280 ohms; the amperes are for a maximum of 15 (the standard Bleriot-Phi cutout stands the current quite well.) The three terminals might be:- (1) D+ = end of series wire, the other end to frame and to the contact. (2) B+ = insulated standard carrying contact. (3) D- = end of fine wire, the other end connec-ted to frame of cutout, as* R.{Sir Henry Royce} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} OCT 10 1922 REC'D | ||
