Dear Robotham,

I have arranged with Mannie Hughes, the scrutineer to measure the T.T. engine tomorrow. We will meet him at Derby Station at 11.22 & bring him to the works.
I know that you will be engaged, but if you could give instructions to Ratcliffe to be ready it would be a great help.
We have arranged to be at Derby again on Friday when I believe you will be able to spend a little time with us.

Kind regards
Yours Sincerely
E.H. Hall
